HHOA Meeting Minutes for March 19, 2019, Board Meeting

Attendees: Committee Chairs: Ed Yates, Steve Shaffer, Joe Clogher

The meeting was called to order by President Katie Reininger at 6:30 PM

Joe Clogher made a motion to approve the Meeting Minutes for the February 19, 2019, meeting. Seconded by Linda Matthews, and approved unanimously.

Joe Clogher made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report, seconded by Ike Eickstaedt and approved unanimously.

Old Business:

1. Stop Sign at Century and Tower will be installed as soon as weather permits.

2. Flag dedication will be May 18,2019. Shaffer and Andrew Reininger to coordinate activity.

3. Garage sale moved to April 27, 2019. Signs, balloons, and a printed flyer will be used to advertise the sale.

4. Tree cut down by SCE&G at 5217 Bush River Road must be removed by home owner.

New Business:

1. No Solicitation signs for Hallmark will be investigated. Can No Solicitation be enforced in Hallmark and by whom? Can No Solicitation signs be put on stop signs? Ike Eickstaedt made a motion to post No Solicitation signs and Joe Clogher seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.

2. Car and truck break-ns have occurred recently in Hallmark. Hallmark has had four or five in the last two weeks. If you see anything out of the ordinary please call 911 or the Sheriff’s Department.

Committee Reports:

Communication: May 31, 2019, newsletter needs articles, reports, pictures etc. We need a discount card to reduce cost of printing. Any suggestions? Carryover from 2/19/19 meeting.

Public Works: Plan for cleaning of sewer grates will be developed. Carry over from 2/19/19 meeting.

Membership: The 2019, membership campaign is in process.

Beautification: Cleanup and other work at entrances will start before Easter.

Safety/Crime Watch: Next quarterly meeting to be announced.
